I don’t know about you, but I’ve been experiencing a roller coaster of feelings the last few days. Fear, excitement, grief, strength and joy.
Yesterday marked my 64th birthday and I came across the phrase “let yourself feel what you feel.”
In the first half of my life, I focused on becoming what I needed to survive. I became everything for everyone and I lost my soul. A true caretaker.
In the second half, especially the in recent years, I have been shedding and unbecoming what does not align with my soul’s purpose. Self care has been the cornerstone of my journey back to unconditional self love.
We have to slow down and relax deeply to be able to sense the loving life force that is flowing through us at all times.
Great Spirit, our creator, loves us deeply and unconditionally and is always available to us for assistance. We just need to ask.
If you seek support in slowing down and finding relaxation to reconnect with your true self, I am collaborating on several retreats on nurturing unconditional self-love.
Please see details on our Workshops and Retreats here.
Many blessings,
Gregg
